Being forced to share a room and afraid of being re-traumatized
An employer is requiring a trip where we have to share rooms. I offered to pay for my own room and was told no so I could have my own private room. What if I was a sexual assault survivor and I'm afraid this could be a trigger? Should I have to be made to divulge any of my past history? Employer is State of Texas.
