Back Pay

I am employed by a US 500 fortune company, currently overseas.

While I was in NY working for the same employer I was offered a job overseas with the same employer overseas branch, which I accepted. Due to delays in getting my work permit I was working for both companies . (US & Overseas), but getting paid only from my US branch. I was told when I move overseas I would get paid for the work that I did for overseas branch once my work permit is issued. The work permit has been issue and I have moved overseas and have been asking for my back pay and no answer. Do I have any legal options?
