Assistance is needed

I'd like to find an attorney to deal with an unwarranted demotion. I have a stellar record as a manager. All of my evaluations have been very high. I've received monetary compensation for having such high reviews. One of the PMs went on a rant at a conference meeting, using sexist comments about me, and assassinated my character . Also, in a way admitting the reason for the demotion, which was nothing more than him promising the same positions and promotions, that I had been holding for 4 years. I refuse to take this laying down. I've given my all to this company, and had been recognized for such, and to treated this way is unwarranted. I had just returned from FMLA leave, due to a work related injury. I never quit, nor was I fired. When I returned, I placed on the bench to return to my former status as a Team Lead, not a demoted status. There's much more to this story, however this is just an overview.
I am contracting with Northrop Grumman, in Afghanistan.
