Are seasonal employees entitled to a severance package when the company goes out of business?

My employer went out of business effective 12/31/2019. It offered employees it considers full-time a severance package, but not employees like me, who are considered seasonal (even though, in my case, I remained available for work 52 weeks a year and never filed for unemployment during the off-season).
