Am I entitled to a percentage of my summer pay if I resigned from a school job early?

My principal is denying that they owe me money based on the phrases "employee agrees to serve employer for the number off days in the school calendar," and "paid bi-weekly, 26 paychecks," and "non-accrued salary shall not be due and owning to employee upon termination of this agreement."

We both agree the contracted school calendar consists of 184 days. I worked 164.

He's figured my daily rate as current paycheck/10.
I've figured my daily rate as annual salary/184.

I've been paid out his daily rate x 164. And he says that they owe me nothing else. I say owe me approximately 20% more to match my calculated daily rate.

Who's right?
