Am I being cheated?
I've worked for this company for 2 years full-time. I originally started as a temp employee. I then applied for a open position and was told i was hired for it. I dont get vacation time or any of the full time benefits. I'm told my payroll is still of the temp agency, so im not allowed any benefits because im not under company payroll. Just recently everyone received a christmas bonus and when asked why i didnt get one, i got the same excuse.
