Agreement/Contract with another company
I have an agreement/contract with another company whose business is to recruit and place nurses. After having done my research I have invested some money with this firm hoping they will recruit few of my candidates from abroad. After 2 years this company has still not taken one candidate of mine and have taken all my money that I invested through them. I just want to know what are the necessary steps required to take legal action against this company which is present in Maryland.
