Age discrimination?
My mom is 57 years old. Her place of employment has moved her to an area where she is required to lift heavier items such as dog food and cat litter. She is also a smaller woman weighing about 130lb and 5'4. Her employers are now threatening to fire her because she is not moving "fast" enough. She's not ever has any problems in the past with her performance until she was moved to that area under new management. Is this age discrimination?
