After being at my job for 6 years I was promoted but not given a raise. On 01/09/2018 I was demoted and the company is trying to take a dollar of my hourly pay. They say due to low performance but I’ve never received any complaints or performance review
Demotion with no warning and they want to take my pay although the promotion never came with a raise I have been at the same pay for the last 4 years
