About accrued vacation
Company's policy states you are eligible for two weeks vacation after 3 years. It use to be calculated on anniversary date. Changed last year to first of the year. My start date was 03/01/2013. I asked why I didn't get two weeks vacation on Jan 1st. They said I had to wait until Jan. 1st 2017. By that time I will have worked 3 years and 10 months. This just doesn't seem right or fair. Do I have any recourse? Thanks much, Kevin
