A supervisor from a different office came by to drop something off, I was wearing jeans at the time (against company dress code), she didn't say anything to me about, but later I was contacted by boss, I said yes I was wearing jean and explained why. The next day I found out from a co worker that supervisor that came by had taken my picture on her cell phone and sent it out with email to management throughout the district with comments regarding dress code. This is embarrassing and humiliating, I feel violated that she would take my picture on the sly and then blast it in email. I am uncomfortable going to help in other offices and was extremely awkward when my coworker was telling me that she had heard about this. Is it legal to take a picture and use it for this purpose without my knowledge?
