A supervisor at work told another co worker I smelled of marijuana and he thinks I'm high all the time. I don't use marijuana. I was never told to take a drug test or anything. The supervisor has never approached me to discuss the situation. I was told by

A supervisor told another employee or co worker he smelled marijuana on my clothes and said he thinks I'm high all the time. I found out from another employee not the one the supervisor spoke to. Now multiple co workers have heard these falsehoods. I have never been approached by management or given a drug test. Which I would gladly do. Instead of supervisors trashing my character. There has been no damage yet. But if there was would I have a case?
