A nurses that I worked with got fired for using the F word. My manager told her I went to HR to report her. She called me yelling and going off. Do I have a case?

I went to this nurse to give her a patient phone call. Her reply was. What the F does she want me to do? Send her to the (F)ER or to the F pediatrician. I mention it to our social worker, she went to our NP who is the patients Nurse practitioner. Our NP reported it to our main manager who reported it to HR. HR came to me to ask about the incident and also asked why I didn’t report it to my manager. My answer was my manager knows this woman talks like this and there’s been complain but she never does anything. It’s a long illegal story I would need to speak to a lawyer or someone that could help me
