The incident fully made me not want to go to work because I felt humiliated and unappreciated. I was having personal issues at home with an ex stalking and damaging my car in the middle of the night and breaking in my house while I was at work I told him about this regrettably because he said we all have problems but you leave them at home. I loved my job but with being reluctant to work for fear of my house being broke into and then being treated as if I was not doing my job which is not true and getting threatened and ridiculed basically for being upset that it went unresolved I asked to take a little time off to get my blood pressure under control due to the stress of being ‘watched’ and micromanaged and issues at home my boss said ok. A few days later I received my last paycheck and it said terminated. I was disclipined for being late but since I wAs given an opportunity to correct it I was on time everyday but then they started nitpicking asking other employees if I helped them while working. I feel I was being singled out and discriminated against for many reasons. I told my boss that and he said to say ur harassed and discriminated against was ridiculous so did nothing .
