3 weeks and

okay i was hired 3 weeks ago, i have showed up to work everday, the supervisor said i was doing a great job, i had the most experience out of all the workers there....the night before i was let go, i was on break and an employee told me that the night before they didnt do any work, they just goofed around, i told the supervisor and he confirmed it with the employee. the next night i go to work get started, the supervisor wasnt there yet, so i started..he came in the door asked me if i clocked in i said yes, he said i need to talk to you, and he asked me if i drove to work tonight, i said yes, and he said well we have to let you go, he told me it had nothing to do with my performance, but he had another guy with more experience starting monday to take my place. he let me go but kept a guy that had no experience that didnt complete his work the night before, is there a claim here?

You probably do not have a claim

It appears that your employer made a remarkably dumb decision by retaining a worker with less experience who does not work. However, you do not have a claim against an employer because the employer is stupid, even if it harms your employment. Take your good work ethic and record and benefit one of the vast majority of companies that appreciates hard work and experience.
