(usps) notice of removal action for fmla absences was cancelled. what does that mean?

9/2009 notice of removal given to employee. 10/2009 notice recinded for fmla covered days. 1/13/2010 another notice of removal more covered days used. while in non-pay status til greivence arbitration was removed in 3/2010 (No decision letter issued).Form50 removal 3/2010. in 8/2010 Form50 canceling removal. how will it effect my LCA based on that removal action?
