suspension and demotion

rent checks in a timely manner. I was never made aware of any of these financial protocols that were in place. I also informed them that I was behind in my work due to the fact I was the only manager available over the 6 months that could complete the work, this is due to the former Director passing all of their work off onto me and having to deal with it. I was placed on suspension without being notified in writing, I was also told that if I would liked to get paid I would have to use my personal PTO. On March 3, 2020, I was informed that I could no longer go back to the job in which I was working and that I would have a pay cut. In addition to having my hours cut from 40 hours per week to 30 hours a week. Prior to this incident, I was an employee in good standing. all of my previous employee evaluations were excellent. There is more information that I can provide I would like to know if there would be anything legally that I can do in relation to this action
