non compete signed at 15 I didn't understand and it was explained. I am now asked not to return to work.

I was offered a job at 15 years old. I completed application and signed documents. Just learning that one doc was a non compete clause. I was asked not to return because I couldn't work two school days and both Saturday and Sunday because of school. The owner brought up also that she heard I had a boyfriend and probably no time to work. I do need my job but I cant work on school days. What happens with this non compete document? I am afraid of what she will do or say to me. I would work Saturday and Sunday open to close with no break or lunch - just run to back and eat food she ordered in so that we all can continue to work without breaks. I just learned that, that was wrong.
