my old employer accused me of sexual harassment its now on my background check what can I do to get it removed
got fired a guy wanted my position at advance auto parts people were telling jokes girl had arms above head I said looks like tune in Tokyo guy called in to corp said I sexually harassed her not alleged victim she said it was a joke I got fired now on my back ground sexual harassment advance auto . how do I remove this was not charged or convicted in a court of law
