my ex employer offer me a severance agreement the same day they let me go, out of frustration i signed it, but my employer didn't. sense i don't have a copy with both signatures does the agreement stand or can i reject it///
the reason why i want out of the agreement is 1. we both sould of signed it together 2. this agreement is keeping me from getting a job.
