my employer took deduction for a voluntary medical plan for 4 months and didn't pay the insurance company so I wasn't covered and the carrier cancelled the policy. He won't reimburse my premiums do I have any recourse
How can I get the money back for the insurance I paid for but didn't have. I was notified by the insurance company on 3/6 that it was cancelled on 1/1. My employer took deductions through payroll up until April.
