is there anything i can do?

i have been working for acompany for almost a year now they are based out sd but i work for them in a shop in ia. i am always being degraded and never given a chance to learn my job. my boss and his foreman talk down upon me everyday and curse at me non stop. they enjoy telling me im worthless and then when its time to go on a job i have to stay in the shop and work on the trucks. then i am falsly accused of doing what i am suppose to be doing. my job is seasonal and when winter comes only a select few employees stay working, my boss and foreman are always on the clock but usually out hunting on the companys time. just the other day they had told me they went hunting without their sd liscense since they were iowa residents. i have so much to complain about but do not know if i have any actions i can take and who to take them to. Is there anything i can do?
