is there a a protected class for an extention for fmla
was suspended without pay because i missed checking in a patient 3 times within 1 year, ive been there 15 yrs, and the desk has many blind spots where i would have to get up to scan the room. i have multiple health issues and doctor has orfered a memory test aside from them.i'm 62 and i feel my job is forcing me to quit. help!!
