is it illegal in rhode island for a restaurant manager to file and claim my gratuity statement without me knowing or signing it?
my manager was claiming my gratuity statements for the past two weeks without asking me what I needed to claim or telling me . I forgot to fill it out and told him and apologized his rsponce was no problem whoever doesn't fill them out I just do it myself .
