im currently drawing garden leave and was told i could also draw unemployment is this true
i was working for a company and they are currently in process of closing they gave me my two weeks notice. then laid me off and put me on garden leave i was told that i could draw my unemployment while drawing the garden leave im trying not to get into any trouble and owe the state back.
