I have a clear and cut case. Ive been suspended from my job for a security member making a false statement from SCS service. It seemed the person that was there did not wrote a statement or even gotten the accuser statement or even get my story but nonetheless the personnel that wrote the report was not present but gave a opinion on statement. Now I reprimand because some false report made it to the higher ups and thought that I will not defend my right as a person and be falsely accused and humiliated and suspendedfrom job. I have witnesses who saw the lady yelling at me the whole time and would not stop but instead Security member were incomponent to even try and diffuse the situation instead they called the Team Leader back into the situation and made it there reality that Team Leader was involved in a conflict but Team Leader threaten the lady that cops would be call if you shouting at me in public and becoming aggressive with your disrespectful language Team LeAder works for a company call HBID Ambassadors and is a walking legal worker who represents all the properties in the Hartford Downtown district. Well Im now upset because my boss did not oinvestigate first but got me suspended for three days and the Sercurity member who works for SCS Securitas gets away for writing a false rep[ort on me and even make it ;look that bshe was there but the incident happened at730 and she clocked in at 800 how can she make the report when it should of the other Security member who was there the second time when she called back No one had my back im curious about company like SCS that would train people to falsify reports and humiliate people
