i had a balance left over in my unemployment but before I could claim it I went to prison for a period of 2 year's, is it possible for me to claim this money still or is it lost.
I had an unemployment claim that I was getting paid out of but got locked up before the balance was complete and was sent to prison for 2 years, I went to the work force and it had the remaining balance showing but was told I could not claim due to the time between which has a limit of 18 month's, which was not of my control so my question today is there anything I could do to claim this unpaid balance.
