how do I deal with a rude contract officer (GS) trying to get me trouble?I have witnesses to events

I support an active duty Marine for the technical aspects of a demonstration contract. The contract has been let and the contracting officer is trying to run the demonstration and has been corrected numerous times by the project officer. She constantly interrupts me when I am speaking to the vendors for this contract. Had written me up for being belligerent to her (she was out of line) separate Government employees and Active duty witnessed it, and were interviewed and said I was not out of line. I extract myself from any conversation she is in (she walks up and injects herself into the conversations) and finish the discussion later. She has problems with other employees but they are active duty or government service and she cannot do anything to them. I am a contractor and she feels, since I no longer speak for the Marine Corps, I am less of an employee. I am retired from the Marine Corps after almost 23 years and have a lot of operational and technical experience. She keeps running behind my and the project officer's back, "telling on me" to my supervisor for unimportant things (but he is a contractor too). This has created a very hostile work environment; I cannot get my work done in a timely matter, because I constantly have to answer to these situations and am looking over my back. I have started a journal, the write-up letter was not treated as official, it was not reviewed by her legal people and I was not afforded an opportunity to rebut the comments. I was never presented the letter. There are misspelled words in it, including my name. I have had GS and NAF employees work for me when I was on active duty and know it is difficult to deal with government employees if they are doing things incorrectly and it is a long process. What are my options? I know the demonstration contract very well, I basically (illegally) assisted her in writing it at her request.
