can my pay be cut for 1 week limited hours? im salary
I have been employed for 5 years for a burgerking franchise and recently had surgery. I've been out for 2 weeks when I return. I am currently salaried as store manager. I can return next wednesday at 4 hours a day until the following wed when I can return to full duty. They want to put me on hourly at a much lower rate. I make 47500 per year they want to put me at 13 an hour
