change to resignation policy
I have worked at the same company for 11 years. When I was originally hired and signed my policy book the stated time frame for Resignation was 2 weeks. Recently there was a memo sent out that that stated as of October 1st everyone must give 4 weeks notice of resignation. This memo was sent out while I was off. Is this considered an official obligation or do they have to have us sign a document stating we understand and agree to it.
