can you keep shift bid seniority if you transfer within county from a non-competetive job to a compe
a county employee from a non- competetive union job transfered into a competetive county union job (same union)...do they have seniority with shift bids? I understand keeping benefits, but can you just take a civil service test and bump everyone on that job. Job is E-911 dispatching.
