can my employer make me stop working for a competitor per diem, if there is nothing saying you can't and other employees are working for other competitor
I work as a paramedic and work for 2 companies. Many other people in the company do this. I got a call from the owner saying I had to pick one or the other. There is nothing written saying we can't work for them.
