can i be reimbursed for medical expenses incurred during an accidental disability case?
i was injured in 2002, the workers comp case was accepted and eventually settled. in 2006 i was terminated aand have incurred about $90,000 in medical expenses unrelated to the compcase. in 2011 i got the accidental disability approved. the judge said the board had tied the case up on two wrong issues for 7 years. am i entitled to be reimbursed for these expenses
