can a supv discuss private medical things about their employees to other employees?

I've been a reliable employee for 4yrs and have always been told I'm an asset to the company even though this company lies to it's employees constantly. I've stayed because I needed a job and tried to keep to myself. Now that I'm sick I get the impression by the way I'm treated and talked and what I'm heading as if I did something wrong and my job is on the line . I'm sick so now , I've become the problem. I've kept my illness to myself as far as clients go yet I'm being accused from management as doing the opposite. Hence them saying I'm speaking my personal business at work when I'm not . There's more to explain, but I've lost my hours and 2 clients in the past 4 months due to BS lies and accusations . I've felt unheard blammed degraded n humiliated from management . There's way more to this but a lot to explain . the bottom line is I'm fed up with the way my employer gets away with bullying and mistreating me and others. Or their excuses they make for letting their office staff mistreat and talk down to us. in the past myself or others have got sick of that treatment and complained which nothing is done. Things never change only get worse and the owner seems to disconnect from it all easier n easier every time. They tell you one thing in your face and another to your coworkers behind your back. The fact I'm scared to call in when I'm deathly sick due to the way management makes me feel shame for being sick is messed up to. For that reason alone I've went to work extremely ill and forced myself to work so many times . I did report the way I've been treated to HR recently and why i didnt call in sick. This was because my illness was brought up but the emphasis put on me telling my clients I'm sick. Which I'm not supposed to share personal info with clients and I don't . just like I let managmenrt know I don't and the fact some people aren't stupid and can tell by looking at you. N I guess now working sick is a problem because a client noticed I was in pain and said it to someone to someone else. Bottom line is I'm fed up and I want justice for all the unfair treatment. The fact my medical issues are being discussed more behind my back then in my face . along with my supervisor saying I should take a leave of abscence to a coworker, not me! Obviously they have a problem with me now I have an auto immune disease and their trying to get rid of me .
