can a employer prorate my vacation time without something in writing and i've been working at my job for 3 yrs and my anniversary just came and i was suppose to have 80 hours of vacation time ?
i just want to know is it fair that i was shorted by 40 hours on my vacation time and had nothing in writing that my vacation time was prorated
