arizona gun laws and defemation
Can I receive compensation if a employee accuses me of insubordination to my hr which I lost 3 days wages but have physical evidance to the contrary. Also I was told by hr I can not keep a gun in my car per company policy, which violates state law. I lost wages over that as well due to the pending investication. I have a audio recording of the hr saying its againts policy plus its printed in the handbook. Now I have to drive 30 miles to work due to false accusations when before I drove 15. Btw I am a security office but are not allowed to have any types of personal defense or security type items on me or in my vehicle to include body armor handcuffs pepper spray or pocket knife.
