Without a non compete clause can I solicit customers of former employer
Store I worked for on a part time basis, has ended our relationship. Business claims I am an independent contractor. However I meet most the parameters of the IRS ( 20 Pts )which qualify me as an employee.
Can I solicit those customers who will possibly continue to work with me without legal repercussions.
