Will I receive a tax statement from Unemployment ?

If I have been on Unemployment since April 2010, will I receive anything stating how much I paid to the State, and Federal Government for taxes last Year? If so, when will I receive it? Thank You, Brenda Smith

You should receive a statement showing what you have been paid in terms of unemployment benefits, but I am uncertain whether anything is withheld from the unemployment for taxes of any sort. You should have received a W-2 from your employment prior to layoff by now. The ODJFS should also send a 1099.
