Why after 32 days and finding a new job, has my unemployment still not been approved?

I have filled out everything and done everything per the the process in a timely manner on my end, per Minnesota Unemployment, and from 4/12/2020 until 6/4/2020, which is today, I still have not been approved nor have I received any benefits per MN Unemployment. I have called more than I care to acknowledge and no one can tell me anything more than they are working on it. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that one would call me in 24-48 hours (which they did not as I keep my cell phone on and active, no caller ID # or Private None # did not show up) and the rep that I was speaking with purposely informed me that he was going to end the call and hung up on me. I assume that it was due to my many questions and concerns which were valid but respectful. I remain that way due to my upbringing, side-note to my parents for teaching and raising me properly. Back to this though. Is there anything that can be done to progress this? It seems a bit strenuous that other cases are being approved (per the very last rep confirming to me) and mine is not still.
