Which state's laws should we execute the contract under?
We are a Virginia based LLC preparing to execute a contract with an independent sales representative (contractor, not employee) in Missouri. Should we execute the contract under Virginia laws, Missouri laws, or does it matter? Thanks for any insight you can provide.
