Which state laws will my employer have to
I work in Missouri but my Corporate Office is in Tennessee. I gave two weeks notice and then the following day [which was coincidental into being the first day of a new pay period And right before Thanksgiving paid holiday ) I was told that they no longer want me to fulfill my 2 weeks. Do they have to oblige the final pay laws set forth in my state (if discharged must be paid on the same day as discharge )or in Tennessee? and was I technically fired if I'm not able to fulfill my notice by their preferences?
