What's the best way to handle not getting paid without quitting so I can collect unemployment?

Employer paid everyone but me last pay period and now this pay period it happened again. I said something but nothing has been done. I think they want me to quit so they don't have to pay unemployment. If I quit can I still get unemployment since my wages have not been paid to me or what's the best way to go about this since I will need unemployment if I don't have a job.
