What remedies are available to an employee who has suffered intangible retaliation

I am still employed without any loss of compensation but my reputation at my company has been ruined due to my Sarbanes Oxley complaint to the Federal Energy Regulatory Agency and OSHA. My immediate supervisor, in my my performance appraisal told me, in front of an HR representive, the as a result of my actions the company did not trust me any more and that it would take a long time to regain that trust. Also, I have been relieved of half of my spervisory responsibilities. By the way OSHA dismissed my claim saying I didn't have tangible proof of an adverse action.
