What is this considered?

Start by saying I work in retail for a corporation. Myself and another co-worker had been robbed at gunpoint. Normally the district manager is suppose to come out to the scene that did not happen when I called. Fast forward about a month another local store within the company had been robbed. When the other store got robbed the district manager went the scene. A coworker who is friends with an employee from that store went over there also. And when she asked why no one came to my store the response was because it was myself and the other person. Me and my coworker that they were referring to are both black. The person who made this comment is white and my district manager is white also. After 10 years with the company that really offended. Spoke to HR about it and it was brushed off. I was accutually so upset I decide to leave the company. Is there anything I could do? I can't stop thinking about the difference in treatment after the robbery and comment that was made .any advice?
