Company has a policy on time and attendance. it has been an ongoing problem with tardiness for years. policy is very clear. the supervisor sends email and reminds everyone in meetings but there are the same ones in violation. the supervisor admits there is a problem but does not want to address it at this time because she has let it go and because of all the changes that has happened.
