What does Arizona law say regarding payment of commissions to independent contractors?

I'm an independent contractor (sales person) and will be terminating my working relationship with the company I am working for. Receiving my sales commission has always been a struggle, and I anticipate they will not pay my sales commissions when I terminate our working agreement. I have proof that customers have signed contracts and have made payment(s) to the company. Unfortunately, I do not have anything in writing which states when or how commissions are paid. What does Arizona law say regarding payment of commissions to independent contractors?
