What can I do to fight for my benefit?
My employer gives a retirement benefit that you are eligible for full-time employees after 2 years of service and 1000 hours of work per year. I have worked here since 2015-Dec. and I still have not seen this benefit. I have been full-time since then. I am being told that I will not be eligible for the benefit now till 1/1/2020. I am not getting a reason why. I know of others who have been there similar lengths of time and are already receiving this as well.
