What can I do??

On May 3, 2017 I was given a cooking position at carters Supermarket Springfiled La. A worker by the name Angie decides she no longer wants to work at carters and finds a better job at TNT seafood. My Manager (Amber) requested me to take Angies position which I agreed knowing that the hours would work best for me with my kids in school. On May 4, 2017 Angie decides that TNT is not the best job for her and calls Carters Supermarket and asks Amber if she can have her job back. Amber decides to accommodate Angie back but gives her a different position because her previous position was already given to me. Now Angie is mad at me and does everything she can to hurt me. It’s her responsibility to help me prepare lunch for the day as I use to do. But Angie comes in and makes it clear she was not going to helping me. For example she just watches food in the oven burn when I take my break. She always come and does nothing to help me prepare for lunch. I always go to my Manager and explain to her everything that goes on and how I feel about the situation, because I know if I did the same things that Angie is doing I would most likely be fired. Situation 2 Amber makes it clear she will not give the position back to Angie and now I have to deal with a manager and another worker who is mad at me for no reason. At times I would go to work and greet whoever I meet but no one responds. They would not eat my food as if they were hurting me. On July 10, 2017 I was 15 minutes late for work; Angie knows it’s her responsibility to cook Breakfast if I’m late. I had called earlier and let her know that I was going to be a little bit late for work and asked her to get the food ready. To my surprise when I arrived at work none of the food was ready so I had to hurry up and fix everything and nobody bother to ask Angie why she does that. Mr. Brains is the manager and feels I do not deserve the position by doing anything possible for the position to be given back to Angie.

On July 13, 2017 I cooked Lunch the same way I do every day but on this day Mr. Brian said that my food was too salty. But from 5:45am to 1:30pm that day all the food sold. Mr. Brian called Janeane to the front Offices and told her to take that N's word shit of the line as soon as she walked out the door to go home because it’s too salty. Mr. Brian came in at 1:00pm and the food sold up until 1:30 when I got off. So I went to work on Friday still didn't know what had happen the previous day. This was Saturday when another worker pulled me aside and told me that Mr. Brian made her put my food in trash because it was too salty. I didn’t even cook with salt. I still didn't say anything because I was waiting for Amber to come and tell me. I was off for the 3 Days, Sunday Robbie sent me the schedule and found out that my shift was different than the one I had so I called and asked Amber if my shift had changed and why. She told me that Mr. Brian told her to change my shift or take me off the schedule. But after inquiring the reasons that’s when she tells me about my food being too salty. So I asked her why it took 4 days for somebody to let me know anything she said she didn't want to upset me so I waited for Wednesday to get to work. I went to work on Wednesday July 19, 2017 at 5:45 Amber called me aside and said she needed to talk to me. The first thing she said to me is “you know how Mr. Brian is and once he's on your ass he's on your ass”. I told Amber that my food was not salty and its never salty but she told me that Mr. Brian is her manager and she has to do what he tell her to do. I asked her even if she knows he was lying then she walked away. I clock in at 5:55 and at 7:30 I took a break after I returned from break I was called to the back office By Mr. Jason he told me that Mr. Brent (Owner) came in the store the day before and told him they had to let me go. So I asked him if I was fired and he said yes. So I had to ask for my Pink slip and he told me I had to wait until later, I called back at 11:45 and it was still not ready so I call today July 20, 2017 and it’s still not ready. They told me I had to wait until Monday I Know you don't have to have a reason to be fired in Louisiana but what other Legal Rights do I Have
