What Penalties and Remedies are the State of Alaska as an employer face when violating FMLA'
I was told by my Supervisor that the State of Alaska was 4 months late in informing me of FMLA of which at that time I had to fill out some FMLA Paperwork to get it started. What are my rights in this situation if any and are there any Penalties and Remedies for this violation?
