We are independent territory reps paid only commission on our sales. We are looking start our own type of business and the company we contract under has a non compete. Can this be upheld in the state of Nebraska. Again we are only paid commission there are no other benefits and we are not technically employees of the company. There are no taxes, social security or anything else taken from our checks. Just commission paid.
